CEO
Browning’s founding CEO is a recognized pioneer of environmental communications, responsible for some of the world’s most impactful strategic campaigns of the last 20 years. In the 2000s, he designed and co-ordinated the first European initiative on hydrogen in transport, then developed the first communications strategy for the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). In the 2010s, his campaigns increased funding for nature, reduced trade in ivory, and expanded deployment of solar energy, among many notable achievements.
He developed his skills in communications at CNC-Communications & Network Consulting (now part of Publicis), and then served as the first Communications Director of Sir Richard Branson’s B Team. A graduate in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford, he also worked for several years as a foreign correspondent in Paris.
Today Peter leads and manages the company from Washington, DC. He is also a member of the Expert Advisory Group of the Voluntary Carbon Markets Integrity (VCMI) Initiative.
