Case Study
A knowledge hub for one of the world’s greenest companies
We have worked for several years with a US tech giant that is widely considered one of the world’s greenest companies.
For one project, the client had attempted to work with multiple other agencies to develop an internal sustainability knowledge database – but without success.
Given our expertise, they tried us, and we were able to deliver the huge platform including 100 pages of content in just four months.
This covered many technical topics but had to be understandable to the company’s 10,000+ employees, who all had different levels of technical expertise.
We leveraged our deep domain expertise to write simple texts that were grounded in science – essential to negate accusations of greenwash.
The content was then presented with different levels of detail, from straightforward for non-expert staff, to specific scientific papers for technical experts.
We have since expanded the hub with dozens of more pages. A GPT program had been added that uses natural language processing to enable the company’s sustainability function to automatically respond to questions from staff around the clock, freeing up staff time.
