Career opportunities

We’re growing fast and on the look-out for talented communications professionals who want to change the world.

Career opportunities

Are you a talented communications professional with major PR agency experience and knowledge of the energy transition or environmental sustainability?
Or are you looking to start a career in communications and want to make a real impact on climate change or restoring nature?

We offer great benefits and an in-house training program, supplemented by an individual budget for regular external training. Every two years, staff are rewarded with a two-week sabbatical to support an environmental organization of their choice.

Senior recruits must have expertise on key environmental issues such as climate change, the energy transition, circular economy, sustainable land and oceans, or environmental sustainability.

Junior recruits largely have a master’s in environmental science or policy, international development, or are able to demonstrate deep commitment to environmental action.

We’re growing fast and constantly on the lookout for smart and ambitious people to join us. We offer a rewarding career where you can make the most of your skills and experience, and have the opportunity to grow at your own pace.

Our offices are located in Washington, D.C., Boston, London and Bonn. We also recruit in other locations from time to time – where we are building a presence. Currently, these include California and Brussels, but more will follow. Please check back regularly if you are based in a different country.

We have open vacancies in Washington, D.C., Boston, California and London.
